Writing

Here  I sit down to write
The words just don't come out right
I try and try with all my might
For I so want to write
I put up a fight in this brain of mine
But it just tells me ...Breathe deeply in and out
And be at peace, for it will all come another time.

The Day

The day was dark and deary
The black clouds looked quite eery
A small hole appeared in one black cloud
An Elf popped out all dressed in yellow and he said,
"Take heart! Sunshine will soon appear!"

Go Slow

As the states start to open
Traffic begins to flow more often
Cabin fever and back to work
Is taking it's toll
But don't let it get to you
Take it SLOW

Changes

Colorful foliage
Red, orange and yellow
Brisk air
Apple picking
Fall

Peace

Strength
Balance
Tranquility
Harmony
YOGA

What Was That

I hear drip, drip, drip
What was that?!
Loud BOOM is close at hand
Sound like a marching band
Then a flicker of light fills up in the sky
THUNDERSTORM!!
