Close Encounter

                                           As the sweet little Kitty tilted her head as she looked
                                           out the panel window on the door......A sound was heard
                                           As I glanced out the window.....Kitty and I saw a squirrel
                                           clinging to the outside wall on the house!
                                           As his body shook, his tail all a flutter and his big black
                                           eyes darting out at me!
                                           My thoughts began to dance in my head, for how happy
                                           I was to be safe and sound with sweet little Kitty in the
                                            comforts of my home!
                                                 

Ode to Writing

I sat down at  the computer ready to write, but the words did not come to mind. 
 Thought I  needed some inspiration, so, I looked up famous Author quotes.
These words sounded just like ME!


     " After all, most   writing is done away from the typewriter, away from the desk,
        I'd say it occurs  in the quiet, silent moments, while walking, shaving or 
        playing  a game, or whatever or even talking to someone you are  not
